Returns If in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have ordered from us, you may return them in their original unused and unworn condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. A full refund or exchange will be given on all products excluding made to measure clothing, beanbags and any rugs larger than a double size. We will only refund postage if there was a fault with the product. All products returned for an exchange will incur a duplicate postal charge.

Please ensure that when returning items that you use an insured method of delivery, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
